The Sporter’s figured walnut stock has a semi-gloss finish and feature their famous Monte Carlo design. It is accented with a rosewood forend tip and fine line point checkering. Hand bedded to the barreled action, the stock has a forend pressure point that dampens barrel harmonics to enhance accuracy. A recoil pad is standard. Other features include a 24-inch, #2 contour cold hammer forged 4140 steel barrel with a matte blue finish. The barrel has a radius crown and a muzzle diameter of .616.
